Northampton, MA, February 1, 2005 — Holyoke resident Tom Lund has been named director of business development for Healthcommunities.com, Inc. The announcement was made by Stephen J. Dunn, chief of operations and resource management.
Responsible for corporate sales revenue, including advertising sales on the company's 18+ medical specialty websites, Lund has been with the company since 2000.
He received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Lund has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, including creating and executing sales programs and marketing strategies. "During his tenure with Healthcommunities.com, Tom has been very effective in identifying and helping to secure new sources of revenue. In a constantly changing Internet economy, his experience in the broader marketplace is very valuable," said Dunn.
A native of Amherst, Massachusetts, Lund is a longtime Holyoke resident.
