In a blender, combine
- 2 cups blackberries
- 3 cups 1% milk
- 1/4 cup evaporated cane juice crystals
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp cloves
Strain to remove seeds; add 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Mix for 20 minutes in electric frozen dessert maker, transfer to container and freeze at least 1 hour. Serves 8.
