1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp sugar-free grape jam
- Place frozen blueberries, egg whites, cinnamon and jam in the bowl of a food processor and process until combined. It will have a soft frozen texture.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy. (This can be kept for 1/2 hour in the freezer.)
