Key Lime Smoothie Image

Makes 16 ounces


1⁄2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp bottled key lime juice
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp sugar
3⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 cup ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, except ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds or until smooth.

PER SERVING 111 calories, 6 g protein, 20 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 17 g sugar, 2 g fat, 1 g saturated fat, 6 mg cholesterol, 86 mg sodium
