Ingredients

1⁄2 cup ripe banana, sliced
1 1⁄2 Tbsp natural peanut butter, no sugar or salt added
1⁄4 cup dry nonfat instant powdered milk
1⁄2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
1⁄2 cup fat-free milk
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp sugar

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. PER SERVING 434 calories, 34 g protein, 48 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 32 g sugar, 13 g fat, 2 g saturated fat, 8 mg cholesterol, 413 mg sodium
