Celebrate summer! Top your float with a sprinkling of sweet, fresh berries.

"This float will take you back to the simple days of summer fun," says Robyn Webb, M.S., creator of the recipe and author of The Diabetes Comfort Food Cookbook (American Diabetes Association, 2011).
Time 10 min. | Serves 4
4 cups fresh raspberries
1 tsp stevia
1 1/2 cups no-sugar-added, reduced-fat vanilla ice cream (such as Breyers Smooth & Dreamy)
3 1/2 cups no-sodium-added club soda
- Press raspberries through a fine sieve over small bowl. Discard seeds. Combine puree with stevia.
- Divide the mixture evenly among 4 glasses.
- For each glass, spoon 2 Tbsp of ice cream on top of raspberry puree. Stir in 2 Tbsp club soda. Top with 1/4 cup more ice cream and pour in 3/4 cup club soda.
- Serve immediately.
