Makes 10 ounces

Ingredients

3⁄4 cup low-fat raspberry yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1⁄3 cup dry nonfat instant powdered milk
2 Tbsp unsalted walnuts
1⁄4 cup fat-free milk

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high 1 minute or until smooth.

PER SERVING 405 calories, 26 g protein, 54 g carbohydrates, 4 g fiber, 47 g sugar, 10 g fat, 3 g saturated fat, 20 mg cholesterol, 350 mg sodium
