Makes 10 ounces
1⁄4 cup fresh pineapple cubes
1⁄4 cup light coconut milk
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp sugar
1 scoop (3⁄4 ounce) vanilla whey protein powder
1⁄8 tsp coconut extract
1⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 cup ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds.
- Add ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds or until smooth.
