Pina Colada Smoothie Image

Makes 10 ounces

1⁄4 cup fresh pineapple cubes
1⁄4 cup light coconut milk
Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tsp sugar
1 scoop (3⁄4 ounce) vanilla whey protein powder
1⁄8 tsp coconut extract
1⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, except ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes. Blend on high 30 seconds or until smooth.

PER SERVING 172 calories, 18 g protein, 13 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 9 g sugar, 5 g fat, 5 g saturated fat, 35 mg cholesterol, 45 mg sodium
