1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
3 cups watercress
1/4 cup blue cheese
1/2 cup walnut halves
1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
2 Cripps Pink apples, cored and thinly sliced
- Combine honey, oil and vinegar in a sealable container; shake well until combined.
- Toss watercress, blue cheese and walnuts in dressing in a large bowl, then layer fruit slices with salad and serve.
