Completely thaw fish, meat and chicken before grilling so it cooks more evenly. Transfer from the freezer to the refrigerator for slow, safe thawing. You can also thaw sealed packages in cold water. Or, for quicker thawing, defrost your meats in the microwave then place immediately on the grill.
