Eating healthily can help protect you from heart disease. Salmon is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower the amount of fat in your blood and keep arteries healthy.
Ingredients
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon harissa paste (available at Middle Eastern markets)
2 teaspoon honey
2 salmon steaks
1 pound asparagus
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon, quartered
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Combine 1 teaspoon oil, harissa and honey. Brush fish with mixture and place in a foil-lined pan. Toss asparagus with remaining oil, salt and pepper; arrange on the other side of the pan and add lemon quarters. Roast 10 to 12 minutes.
