  • Make it 30 Set a timer to ensure you move for 30 minutes straight, the recommended amount of moderate-intensity daily exercise.
  • Crank the tunes Make an upbeat playlist. Research shows that exercise enjoyment increases if you listen to music you love.
  • Hit the stairs Bounce between floors as you clean for maximum calorie-burn. Single-story home? Do a squat each time you bend over to pick something up.
