Signs and Symptoms of Upper Tract Tumors

The most common symptom of an upper tract tumor is blood in the urine (hematuria). Hematuria may be visible to the naked eye (gross hematuria) or visible upon examination with a microscope (microscopic hematuria).

Other symptoms include the following:

  • Bladder irritation
  • Constipation
  • Pelvic pain
