1/2 cup peeled, seeded, and sliced cucumber
3 tablespoons minced fresh dill
3 tablespoons minced red onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ice cubes
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and puree until thick and smooth. Makes 1 serving
